Hello, I'm so glad you found me! 

I am not here to sell high-priced coaching programs or master classes. I am here for you, offering authentic 1:1 support, facilitating deep and meaningful movement forward.

I am a counsellor and social worker with a prolific career, but my lived experience through career transformation strengthens my work. 

Countless professionals have shared their struggles and successes with me, and they often comment that they feel safe doing so because they can tell I have been through some things too. 

I am completely down-to-earth and sincere. I possess a unique combo of hope, vulnerability, humour, and grit, and I add those ingredients to my work with others.
